I know this is overdue but I have 2 really good excuses! I did put in a long posting with photos and when I pressed submitt the computer froze and I lost it all...next one that I'm now in Fraser Island with mom where we barely have cell coverage so this has not been a good timr to try to communicate!

I have just arrived home from a 31/2 hour bike, the usual Sunday ride, but not my usual post race training day, a good indication that I’m fitter than I’ve ever been. Yesterday I competed in the Luke Harrop Memorial Triathlon, an ITU Oceana Cup on the 2009 World Championship course. This would be another prep for the World Cups starting at the end of the month and a good test to see where we are.
