Coaching & School in Victoria

Since it has now been a year since the Olympics I thought I should write a short update. Wow its been quite a year! I am back to Victoria full time, in school studying acupuncture, and coaching.
After a good break from everything I decided to move back to Victoria and have been coaching at the NTC Development group with Pat Kelly. It has been an easy transition from racing and such an awesome group to work with. I have learned alot already and look forward to continuing to work with these great young athletes. In addition to coaching I am the athlete rep for TriCan which has been another learning experience.
I am also attending Pacific Rim College in the acupuncture program. This has been a huge change to sit still and study but the program is great and I am very excited to be able to use this amazing form of healing. I plan to finish the program in 2011 and hope to continue coaching as well.
I have been in a few races this year but only for fun and am happy to be staying active and having fun!
